Program Description

The CDM-EWB Program is a corporate sponsored philanthropy, outreach, and training program that is designed by and managed by EWB volunteers for EWB volunteers.

Vision

CDM’s Engineers without Borders-USA (EWB-USA) Volunteer Program will foster a highly desirable workplace culture that advances our firm-wide vision and core values while:

• Providing outstanding hands-on development opportunities to the best people in the industry

Mission

CDM’s EWB-USA Volunteer Program will streamline and coordinate the EWB volunteer process and resources to ensure that participants maximize their own and CDM’s contributions to communities in need and make the most of their volunteer experiences. This will be accomplished through a well-coordinated volunteer network and an interactive, frequently updated Intranet area for information sharing and communications.
