Tracy has served as a Chapter Relations Manager since 2006. As Chapter and Member Services Manager she oversees the CRM and Membership departments. Tracy develops and administers the implementation and communication of policies and procedures regarding chapters and membership as well as determines volunteer’s primary interest in EWB-USA and how to engage them. Tracy also serves the South Central and South East regions.

Case Logic, Inc. 1993-2000 International Sales and Customer Service Manager. Serving South America and satellite offices in Hong Kong, Holland, and Canada.

Over 16 years of professional customer relations experience coupled with three years nonprofit management experience. |
